Our Story – The Journey Behind The Eco Fresh

I’m Kshitija Shelke — an engineer by education, but a wellness-driven entrepreneur at heart.
The turning point of my journey came during my second year of engineering, when my father was diagnosed with high cholesterol. That incident shook our family and made me question what we were eating every day — what truly went into our food, and how it was impacting our health.
In search of healthier, chemical-free alternatives, I discovered the goodness of organic, farm-fresh ingredients — cold-pressed oils, bilona ghee, natural jaggery, turmeric, and more. But finding products that were truly pure was extremely difficult.
That’s when I made a promise to myself:
“If I can’t find clean food, I’ll create it — not just for my family, but for every family.”
And that promise became my mission.
That mission grew into The Eco Fresh — a brand founded on honest sourcing, ancient food wisdom, and a commitment to nourish the body, mind, and soul.
