Refund Policy – The Eco Fresh
Once an order is confirmed, The Eco Fresh does not accept return or refund requests.
However, in the following cases, we are happy to work with you to find a fair solution:
1. Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing
info@theecofresh.com. Include your order number, invoice image, one image of the outer
box, two clear images of the damaged product, and an unboxing video showing the damage.
For orders with multiple items, only the damaged product can be returned and replaced.
We will replace the product within 7 to 10 days and respond to your email within 24-48
hours.
2. Missing Product
If any product is missing from your shipment, notify us within 2 days of delivery at
info@theecofresh.com. Please include your order number, invoice image, one outer box
image, two clear images of the opened box, and an unboxing video showing all received
items.
We do not provide refunds for missing items but will promptly resend the missing product.
Emails will be answered within 24-48 hours.
3. Spoiled Product
If you receive a spoiled product, please inform us within 2 days of delivery by emailing
info@theecofresh.com. Include your order number, date of packaging or manufacture, and
clear images or video of the product.
Please note that due to the natural and handmade nature of our products, variations in taste,
texture, color, or aroma are normal and not grounds for return.
We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a fair solution. Replacement will be
provided if warranted.
We respond within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance.
Shipping and Delivery Policy – The Eco Fresh
Please note that free shipping is available only when specified as part of promotional
campaigns or special offers.
Shipping Information:
 A complete postal address including pin code, email ID, and contact number is
required to ensure smooth delivery. Please double-check these details before
completing your order.
 If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse
within 3 working days.
 If some ordered items are out of stock, they will be produced and dispatched within
10 working days of the order date. We will keep you informed in such cases.
 Our courier partners deliver shipments from Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and
7 PM. Delivery does not occur on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times may
vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather or strikes.
 Once your package is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details. Please be
patient until then.
